About in.teams: Quote

WELCOME!

We have supported numerous teams and leaders during personal and organisational changes in the last 15 years. We have a solid understanding of the pharmaceutical, financial services, automotive, (digital) technology, and FMCG industries and have worked closely with key players in these fields, supporting senior leaders and teams for their development.

We work with the intention to enable diverse global teams--especially those spanning across Europe, Asia, and North America--and the leaders to who lead them to thrive.

Founded by Yang Zhang, Ph.D. and Kajetan Vogl, Ph.D., in.teams partners with a network of like-minded organisational development professionals, coaches, and facilitators. We share the belief that, while we have expertise in what we do, it is only by putting that expertise in a unique client's context and making it relevant, the work we do is truly meaningful.

Kajetan Vogl, Ph.D.

Kajetan was born and raised in Munich, Germany. He holds a Ph.D. in microbiology from Ludwig Maximillian University of Munich and was a postdoctoral fellow at The Pennsylvania State University in biochemistry. He has published extensively on phototrophic bacteria, including the analysis of biochemical pathways and the establishment of a genetic system in a phototrophic bacterium.

Kajetan's interest in leadership and organizational development comes from a deep interest in the natural ecosystem and the sustainability challenge we face as a society. He believes that leaders and teams on the global stage bear a heavy responsibility in shaping the direction in which our economic and social systems need to evolve.

Outside work, Kajetan's passion is in cycling, hiking, and making patisserie. He speaks fluent English and German.

With home bases in China and Germany and 14 years of life experience in the U.S., Yang is an ICF Certified Coach and hold a Ph.D. in Industrial-Organisational Psychology, with a specific focus on unleashing the potential of diverse teams.

Three complementary ingredients are the basis of Yang's work: An empathy-based coaching approach, a dedication to co-designing, and solid evidence-based principles and scientific knowledge.

In parallel to coaching and consulting, Yang is an avid cyclist and dedicated cinephile. She speaks fluent English and Mandarin Chinese and, with a love for food, can read a menu in German, Spanish, and Italian!

PHILOSOPHY

BE INTENTIONAL

Doing the hard work of getting clear about our intentions in life and work makes it so much easier when we need to stand up for our actions. in.teams supports leaders and teams in making conscious choices and testing and adjusting them for best fit, over time.

THINK. ACT. BE

We often get into the habit of doing too much of one or the other. in.teams supports leaders and teams to cultivate all three and to take the wisdom and insights in each to best serve their purpose in the moment.

LOOK FOR THE SIGNAL OF RESONANCE

We are all capable of knowing it when we have arrived at something that is truly meaningful for us to devote our time. in.teams supports leaders and teams to look for the signal of resonance against the background of noise.
